Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days.
Orders having custom products are shipped within 2-4 working days.
Standard shipping takes 4-8 working days to reach the destination (excluding Public Holidays). For North-Eastern States, it may take up to 14 working days.
Note: In case any product from your order is unavailable or delayed for any reason, we will connect with you within 1-2 working days via call or message to inform you about the possible delay.
RTO Return
Due to Customer Mistake:
If a shipment is returned due to a mistake or negligence on the customer's part—such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, failing to answer calls from the courier or our team, or not being available to accept delivery—the customer will be responsible for the RTO charges and reshipment charges.
(Cancellation of the order will not be entertained.)
In case the delivery status shows “delivered” and you have not received the product yet, you need to intimate us within 24 hours. You are requested to send an email with your order id with the subject “wrong delivery status” to contact@artkamart.com
Failing to do so within 24 hours doesn’t make you entitled to any refund or any support from our team.

If you need urgent delivery or want the shipment to be sent via flight or express shipping, kindly contact us via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Call. We will do our best to arrange it as per availability and feasibility
